E. Keith Uselton, CPA/ABV

Keith Uselton is one of the two partners in Daniels,Uselton and Clay, P.C. He's been with the firm since 1989 and a partner since 1994. Keith's areas of expertise are estate planning, corporate tax returns, business valuations, real estate development and financial planning. Keith is accredited in business valuation through the AICPA which is a rigorous certification process. Mr. Uselton received a B.S. in accounting from David Lipscomb College in 1984, and became a CPA in 1987. In 1988, he went to work for our Nashville affiliate of Cleston Daniels & Associates. The following year he transferred to our Roane County office.
In 1997, the Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) chose him as one of their five Outstanding Young Tennesseans. Keith is a volunteer with the Appalachian Habitat for Humanity, Roane State Foundation, and the Boy Scouts of America. Keith also established a Pro-Bono Committee that serves start-up businesses in Roane County. Through his professional affiliation in the Tennessee Society of CPAs, he has served on various committees. He currently serves as a reviewer of professional articles for the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and has written articles for the Memphis Business Journal.

Suzanne (Suzie) Jones Clay has been employed by Daniels Uselton and Clay since 1992 and has been a partner in the firm since 2002. She specializes in franchise accounting, construction, audit, corporate tax returns, and accounting software consulting. Prior to joining the Firm, Suzie was with Maynard Leeman, CPA.
Suzie is an honors graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She obtained her CPA designation in 2000 and is a member of TSCPA and AICPA.
Suzie is a member of the Roane County Women's Executive Association and a 2003 graduate of Leadership Roane County. |

Mary Wesolowski, CPA, is a Senior Accountant and has been with the firm since 2002. Mary's area of concentration is individual and small business tax returns. She is a University of Tennessee School of Business honors graduate with a B.S. in accounting. Mary earned her CPA designation in 2003. She is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.
Mary is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Roane County and a member of the Roane County Association of Women Executives. She is also the treasurer for Keep Roane Beautiful organization and a member of the Kingston Historic Planning Commission. |

Paul Randall Hodge, CPA joined Daniels, Uselton and Clay, P.C. in 2009. Randy has approximately 20 years experience in public accounting and industry. After receiving his B.S. in Accounting (Management Science Option) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1988, Randy became a Certified Public Accountant in 1989. He earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1991.
Randy's areas of expertise include compliance and planning for income taxes for corporations, estates, individuals, non-profit organizations, partnerships, and trusts. Randy also has experience in Elder Care. Randy's specialty is estate and gift tax planning and compliance. Randy earned the Certified Specialist in Estate Planning from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education in 1998. Randy is one of only four CSEPs in East Tennessee.
During his career, Randy has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Estate Planning Councils of Chattanooga and Knoxville. He has also served on the Planned Giving Committee and the Bequests and Endowment Committee of Blount Memorial Hospital and The Salvation Army.
Randy believes in spending adequate time listening to his clients and understanding their goals in order to craft the solution they require. |

Penelope Uselton is the Firm Administrator and has been with the firm since 1991. Penelope is responsible for internal accounting and human resources. She is a graduate of David Lipscomb University with a B.S. in accounting.
Penelope is the 2009 recipient of the annual Roane County Chamber of Commerce Athena Award. She is a graduate of Leadership Roane County and East Tennessee Regional Leadership. She is a former board member of Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, Leadership Roane County, Roane County Association of Women Executives, and Roane County Chamber of Commerce. Penelope currently serves as President of the Roane County High School Band Boosters Association. |

Kathy Dryman joined the Firm in 2002 as an administrative assistant.After two years Kathy began working in her current role specializing in bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and assisting with audits. Prior to joining the Firm, Kathy spent 20 years with Red Kap industries as a payroll clerk.
Kathy attended Roane State Community College where she studied accounting. She is also a certified payroll clerk. |

Myrtle Gilliam is an accounting technician and has been with the Firm since 1998. Myrtle has worked at a variety of jobs using her accounting and clerical skills including clerical positions with The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, D.C., Elizabethton Star and in the office of the Carter Court Circuit Clerk's office. Myrtle has held accounting and clerical positions with Great Lakes Research Corporation and Cline Holder Electric Supply Company in Elizabethton, TN.
Myrtle attended Elizabethton Business College and the business school at Roane State Community College. She is also certified in payroll administration. |
